Yep.   No heat, but since mine is just a hobby, that's ok.     Owner allows me to use his "barn" for a shop, and we share all the tools out there.    Half the barn has a dirt floor ( it IS a barn, afterall) and half the concrete floor is taken up by a game room.    There is a loft above the game room. A few pictures:

does have a cooler for such items.    Ventilation in the shop consists of two large barn doors, one to the north, another to the east.    I just open them both up, and get a nice breeze blowing through.    Last year, we had a hail storm, while I was in the shop.    LOUD!

just another example of the old adage "where there's a will there' a way"...I spent the first two years of my woodworking career (or rather, hobby) working in an uninsulated two and a half car garage..I was so passionate about woodworking that I worked through the cold Indiana winters.. the  third year I insulated the walls and ran an electric heater....didn't know the heater had a thermostat until two years later when I had the ceiling foamed...electric bills went  down considerably after that...nice thing about the barn is there's lots of room to move around sheet goods and you don't have to worry about hitting the ceiling with ten foot boards....
