Wood for Truck Canopy
I am planning to build a canopy for the back of my truck. I was thinking of using cedar strips. Do people have any thoughts about using this wood for this purpose (either good or bad) or any suggestions of what a suitable wood might be?
Thanks,
Brian

Cedar Strip Canopy to standard flatbed (post #169759, reply #1 of 2)
Hello
Have a look at the attached canopy built by my husband amaster craftsman and boatbuilder.
This canopy uses red and yellow cedar and is lightweight -with epoxy coating.
Let me know if you would like more info as it is for sale.
