Reclaimed Old Growth Cypress Slabs
Reclaimed Old Growth Cypress Slabs (post #169375)

We have been recovering old growth cypress and heartpine from the rivers and lakes of South Carolina for about the last 18 months. We started cutting the larger logs into slabs about 6 months ago and have had some success which has been hard to come by in this economy. We also mill it into flooring, siding, paneling, and lumber. I just wanted get our wood out to the wood working community and get some feed back and suggestions. I've also attached a picture of one of many cut-offs I've been saving; I'd love to hear any suggestions for them. Check out our website at www.bornagainheartwoods.com
