amt lathe parts

I'm trying to resurrect an old AMT wood lathe model # 2731.  I'm missing the cup center and cup center point for the tail assembly.

The tail stock takes a straight shaft approx 1/2 " diameter.  Anyone have any old parts or a suggestion on what would work?
