I am installing a Delta riser block on my bandsaw, or I am trying to install it.  I can't get the top arm sepaated from the base.  I removed the bolt holding the parts together but they do not budge.  Is there another fastener that I am not seeing?  When I try to lift the upper assembly  off the base the whole bandsaw lifts.  I am reluctant to whack it until I know that the only mechanical thing holding them together is that one bolt.
