Poplar bookcases finally finished
Poplar bookcases finally finished (post #157831)

Last year I got some excellent advice from forum folks on the type of glue and assembly method to use for my open bookcases that have 26 slip tenon joints on each side. After a bout of trouble and surgery on my back, I recovered and finally got the 2 bookcases finished and installed. My thanks to all who offered advice!

Forest, good to hear your up and about again,
Can I ask what your design inspiration was? Looks very nice and "airy" with the open framework sides and the glass shelves.
