I've been working on a desk. Along the way, I built this XYZ mortiser after using the standard router table to cut mortises. I'm thinking of using loose tenon for most of the joinery. I was excited about the jig and just want to share it ...

It is indeed an interesting jig. Couple of questions I can't figure out from the picts. How do you adjust for router bit height from the sled table? And for the life of me, I can't visualize how you position the stock on the sled for the cuts in the ends. The sides I understand, but not the end cuts. And did you use a round over bit to shape the loose tenons? Would love to see a few more picts, either on this board or e mail me. Thanks, Spencer
