Hello I have a dipping problem with this device, on all my blades it registers a dip on one side, I even square the blade my self and it still shows and feels a dip on agranite block?

I had the same problem. You tighten the blade in the jig with two knurled screws. If the screws are not tightened evenly you will get an uneven edge on the blade. Try tightening each screw the same amount. You can tell by looking at the jig from the end of the blade and seeing that the space is the same on each side of the blade.
Since tightening the screws evenly I get square edges on the blades.
