Routing concave curbe

I am new to routing and am trying to build shutters for stained glass with a curve at the top. I ma making them with rail and stile router bits on a router table but can;t figure out how to route the curve with a bull nose bit , inside curve. Any help and advise would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a job for a tempalte against which a guide bushing can ride.
