I haven't looked at the website you posted, yet, but here's another option for planer stands:

After getting tired of lugging my benchtop planer around the shop, and being in one of those moods where I wanted to work on furniture projects rather than workshop-improvement projects, I went to the local big box and bought a small kitchen/bathroom cabinet unit.  After a quick assembly, I dropped it on an extra HTC mobile base I had hanging around, stiffened it with a plywood back and set my planer on top.

Perfect and easy -- comes with a drawer, two shelves and a door for dust protection, too.

David: Sounds like a neat stand, sometimes you can pick up ready made cabinets for those quick fixes..

Hiya Doc.  I know they make "handwarmers" but don't know about the other <g>.

My Delta came with a stand, but I don't use it.  Had an old, small table-on-wheels that works and has some extra space around the planer to lay down brushes or small tools that I might be using at the time.  What I'm waiting for is a extra-mobile, but space-saving (fold-up) table that has telescoping, automatic leveling-by-laser inboard and outboard extension tables, and air-blaster jets on the perimeter of the planer footprint for instant cleaning after use.

Got a link for that?  ROFL!!
