Hello All -

I recall an article on converting a garbage disposal unit to a horizontal sharpener from FW quite a long time ago. I have searched for it to no avail. Any suggestions?

I'm looking for it to aid in designing a similar, though more modest, conversion of a used blender base.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts or advice.

Ye know, I thought I'd read every article till your post.  I must admit I did get chuckle out of it, then I found the article!


It's in #48 starting on page 52 - an article by Tom Dewey.
