Shared woodshop in San Francisco

For any interested woodworkers in the San Francisco area, I noticed this ad today on Craigslist:

I did not create this ad, and I'm not affiliated with the organization, but I thought some of you in the geographic vicinity might be interested in looking into this yourselves. Space is certainly expensive here and it would be nice if enough people could get together to make a price point like this work out!
