Need advice for CO-ops and or clubs

Hello, I am looking to fill a niche in my area and would like to offer space and equipment for local woodworkers who have neither. Rather than re invent the wheel I am hoping to find others who have already done so. There are many issues including liability, fee structures etc. . Would love to here how clubs/ co-ops are structured. Thanks
