got a Yahoo (not Google) logo that said "Under Construction"......sure wish it worked, this is my weakest point in woodworking and I would LOVE to find some type of easy system to help with the design work.....I've got the ideas but putting them to paper so that one can plan the cuts, machining and glue up in the proper order so you don't cause problems can be a nightmare with complex projects and drawing it all out would help.....thought this was the one!! Any help would be appreciated!! Thaks!

I'm not oregonwoodsmith but just go to sketchup.com for the free down load. Also check out sketchup for dummies. Sketchup like all drawing or cad programs has a learning curve but far shorter than the others. Pick a small project to start with and expand from there. I spent several hours drawing a trestle table and made many mistakes and had to search and request help in several areas. There is plenty of help out there besides the learning vids on sketchup. Good luck, click, drag and point to your hearts content.
