This piece grew from parts used to illustrate Blanket Chests, an upcoming book from The Taunton Press, that I'm working on with Scott Gibson. More on the piece in my blog post at The Woodworkers Life.
Dimensions - 60"wide x 31" high x 17 3/8"deep, seat height, 18"
Materials - poplar, white oak, 3mm braided hemp cord, Rockler torsion hinges
Finish - Tavern Green milk paint, Minwax wipe-on poly
Price - $4200.00 plus shipping
