Unfinished MDF mirror frames needed

I'm a mosaic artist and am looking for someone who is interested in making unfinished MDF mirrors on a regular basis. My immediate need (within 2 weeks) is a rectangular mirror frame with the outside dimensions of 18"x24", and the inside cut for the mirror opening of 15"x9". It needs to be made of 3/4" MDF and the back of the frame needs an area of about 1" routed out around the inner cut for the mirror to fit into so it lies flat when hung.
