Would like to sell shop as a package, everything, machinery, power tools, hand tools, supplies, small client base, even the furniture in my loft appt. if you want. You can even take over my really cheap long term lease on this great Downtown location. Anybody interested in moving to Asheville ?

Hey
Definitely interested in more info on your shop and loft.... You say take over lease? What time frame are you working in?
Let me know asap... I am looking for a move by December 2009.
Cheers, julieswirl

OK, the building is 22' X 128. That's 2,816 sq. ft. + additional 2nd floor space. This is a long story, (of course). I have a 10 year renewable lease. $50 increase a year. average going price per square foot downtown is $15 to $25 per foot per year, divide the total by 12 for monthly rent. so, 2816 X $15 = $42,240/year divided by 12 months = $3520/month, on the low side. I pay now $1200/month, $1250 as of November. I split the space in half, built the living quarters myself over the past 3 years. got a great deal on the place for doing it. I'm dead smack as downtown as downtown can be. 1 block away from HWY 240 exit 5, Merimon ave. (the main North/South street in town), and 1 block away from Patton ave. (the main East/West street). Prime location. Now that I have your attention, send me your email add. and I'll send pictures of the shop, tools, living space. even the address so you can look it up on google . And you should plan on coming before December to see for yourself if this is for you. What kind of woodworking do you do ? See you soon, I hope ! Peter peterizer@gmail.com
