Shop with living quarters for sale in NC

OK, the building is 22' X 128. That's 2,816 sq. ft. + additional 2nd floor space. This is a long story, (of course). I have a 10 year renewable lease. $50 increase a year. average going price per square foot downtown is $15 to $25 per foot per year, divide the total by 12 for monthly rent. so, 2816 X $15 = $42,240/year divided by 12 months = $3520/month, on the low side. I pay now $1200/month, $1250 as of November. I split the space in half, built the living quarters myself over the past 3 years. got a great deal on the place for doing it. I'm dead smack as downtown as downtown can be. 1 block away from HWY 240 exit 5, Merimon ave. (the main North/South street in town), and 1 block away from Patton ave. (the main East/West street).
